Today, I decided to get a bit creative with the meals. For breakfast, I made 4 eggs cooked with peppers on a plate surrounded by apple slices. Not to shabby.
in the paper right here! What's amazing is the movements she did today were one's she couldn't do a year ago. Congrats to her. If you don't know her, you should... she has this infectious bubbly personality, lol.

The WOD was to complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
- 10 KB Swings @ 1.5 pood
- 8 Wall Ball Shots (20lb)
- 4 Pull Up's
- 2 Power Clean @ 225 (I used 115)
